As stated before the majoruty of the populatiuon is in and around Chicago.  Uncle LEO is active everywhere, but in less populated areas, 'he' can devote more time it seems.  
Cost of living is less where you are, but i would guess that your target market is around Chicago.

I would suggest screening and maybe short trips to the city or burbs.  And a warm coat and boots!

I don't have much input outside of Chicago because I'm lucky to always keep my schedule where I need it in the city and close to home.  
It seems a good number of women do well near O'Hare, Schaumburg, and Oakbrook areas.  There's a lot of gentlemen and a lot of ladies but I definitely feel Chicagoland is a great area to work in.  
I don't particularly know if any ladies off hand that work in Rockford regularly but there are nice communities.

Rockford u can travel to Milwaukee. I do not think there are many providers out that way but I have seen people looking. Best of luck to u.

Whatever you decide on, just be sure you take the time to screen, screen, screen.  Especially in Chicago.  As is the case in all industries...supply and demand drives the need and price.  You may find a check of a lot of more potential clients closer to Chicago but you will also be competing with a lot more girls for their business.  Out there...are less potential clients but also less competitiin!
