it is common practice by many agencies to use stock photos in their advertising.  There are a few reasons they do this.  First, they don't have to deal with photo-shoots, two.... they dont have to blur the face and third, they get lots of calls!  

Truthfully, unless they have access to this network here and people like chitown pimp, who obviously has access to NCIS's international database with face recognition software.... LOL, it really does not matter.

Kendra, (pic below) was working for a local agency before she called us.  Although they always went ahead with the appointment anyway, she was uncomfortable with it.  So, the experience of the agencies that do this is, as long as the lady that does the call is hot enough, it does not matter.
