Of course when I am touring it is a little bit more difficult, but when in my home area I want to use apartments. I am always much more worried about the hotel staff than neighbors. I happened to really, really luck out with the neighbors in the place that I have now. They are TOTALLY oblivious.

The hotel staff is not looking for you. I know for a fact the hotels are not looking for you in the higher 3 1/2 star and above hotels. They do not want the publicity nor do they care as long as you are not causing any trouble for the hotel staff. I also know from talking to hotel staff that they know it happens in their hotels and they do not care. All the hotel cares about is making money. Not to mention they do the laundry, and all the cleaning.

In an apartment neighbors can be extremely nosy. If you are a regular the neighbors notice everything and neighbors talk. You might not know they are talking about you what is going on with all the men coming to the apartment because they might not say anything to you, but they know. Think about how much you yourself knows about your neighbors and how you know the comings and goings

I can create a space that reflects my personality, set it up with everything i need in order to accommodate lots of different desires, and there aren't nearly as many people around throughout the day.  I don't have to worry about housekeeping or security.  

Everyone has their own preferences, and neither is better or worse than another.  I'm just personally far more comfortable working in a space that I've put time, effort, and dedication into creating.

I don't have a "private" incall, but I have a couple of hotels I like to go to. However, when I go to a hotel, I have it so I have one in the evening and one the next morning, then I'm out. Different staff mostly in the evening and morning... Hence, the 90 minute minimum. No rotating guys in and out at a high volume, (and not for the sake of being more "elite" - I just get a tad embarrassed when I know they know what's up lol.)  

But if you want to know where I made the most bang for my buck, it was at private in calls. If you're going to live there, be careful about that. My dream is to have a tiny place in the boon dox cheap, then leave every day as if I'm "going to work", and go hang out at the incall.

Maybe next year. That's my goal. Also, that is a great way to build up regular clientele. Easy, predictable, same place, same system, just - easy - which is what most people need nowadays.

So let's talk money. If you have an incall, and aren't getting hotels last minute, you are able to budget and plan way better with no surprises. Seriously, life is so much easier that way. And as Erin said, having all your supplies and decorations in one place saves so much time in transportation to hotel, parking, packing and carrying your stuff, running out to buy something you forgot at more expensive rates, (I have to do that all the time lol,) no forgotten make up bags or blow dryers, No check in, check out, no asking where the ice machine is, etc etc.

It really is so much nicer. And yeah, you can personalize it and own it. Create your own little seductive personality that surrounds you and him. Music, lighting all set up, a little bar, all your candles...

In fact, I used to get upgraded and tucked away in a little corner, and also get VIP treatment in North Carolina. They'd wink and say, "I have just the right room for you." LOL!

That was when I was blonde and obvious. Now I look like a stressed out MILF trying to get away from her kids lmao. I don't deck out until I get upstairs into my room. Not that they would care anyway, but it's more to save myself from feeling awkward. lol

Be careful about neighbors, for sure... I'm sure they do talk because they have to live next to it and are stuck there. But in hotels, the neighbors just stick their cups against the wall and celebrate that they get to hear wild sex in the next room lol!

With private in calls, it is way more convenient and much less expensive in many, many ways. But it's not for everybody. Volume has something to do with it too, I'm sure.

Couldn't do that, but it sounds nice! No I'm waiting until I know I have a great thing going here before I commit to rent a second place. It's coming along nicely, which is why my mind is bouncing the incall idea around - eventually.

You can't have housekeeping bringing new sheets every few hours without drawing attention to yourself. I like having my own location everything and anything I need is with in reach including a washing machine.  Plus my regulars alway know where and when to find me. Consistency is key to any business. Everyone just settles into what works best for them and their clients.

I don't have the volume to attract any attention with a static incall, but when I travel I do tend to see more people because you have to account for expenses. In those cases, I prefer suite hotels with a full kitchen and hot tub in room.
