Any provider or client willing to do BBFS most likely engages in other risky behavior. There's no guarantee that a person is completely STD free, even if they have test results, it only takes one person and one time to transmit something and even condoms aren't 100% effective. I would never, ever, for any amount of money, see a client without protection, regardless of his "issues" with condoms. If it's such a problem, stick to screwing your wife.
