got scared and confessed. She should have just stated that no money was exchanged for sex. In the second sting the guy they caught gave the massage defense and so did the ladies. It seems the guy was let go. The ladies were charged of not having a massage license. But both ladies refused to answer questions without an attorney. The second set of ladies and the guy seemed smart. Only if the lady a massage license or offered dancing services instead of massage they would have been fine too.
And I cannot stress the importance of refusing to talk to law enforcement until your attorney is present. Police officers are NOT your friends. They are not! They will play nice. They will manipulate you. They will threaten you. They will tell you lie after lie after lie. Be polite but be firm. No information other than what's necessary should be provided to officers of the law.
EVERYTHING everyone in the article did was stupid beyond belief.
Let's start with the woman first arrested with ZERO evidence against her except for her own big mouth. All she had to do was exercise her constitutional right to STFU and she wouldn't have spent even five minutes in jail.
The other major dumbfuck was the guy who used the "massage" explanation. He too had the right to STFU, instead he tried to save his own skin and got his two new "friends" arrested, what a coward and a dumb ass.
I won't even get into the stupidity of doing the whole BP/cheap motel thing,
LMAO. That's probably a 14 minute massage, followed by 2 minutes of tugging, followed by 4 minutes of getting dressed and leaving. Probably paid over 200 for the two of them. Dumbass
My favorite service recently placed girls at this motel. Would I book an appointment in the Western Burbs at a place like this? ... Hell No!!
I can tell you much as I hate to pay $20 in parking and walk thru a crowded Rosemont Hotel it does have its advantages! What do we expect when little else goes on during the day at a low budget motel other than the continual flow of guys in and out of the same room? The hotel probably pays the desk clerk a bonus to make the phone call.
i will take a large hotel any day of the week..i never go " where everybody knows your name"...

You can't control what the person you're with will say but you can certainly find a well reviewed lady who charges more than $80 in an $80 motel, who would be less likely to start running at the mouth at the first sign of Officer Friendly.
All of those situations could as easily have resulted in a few words with the police followed by their leaving to look for someone dumber and more talkative. But they struck paydirt with these fools.
