Yes, it is. And considering you have 35 reviews and this type of question gets asked at least weekly on the boards I'm curious as to why you're not aware of it.

In short summary: if you post an ISO with an alias we don't know who you are; we don't know if you're LE, a jealous ex, former employer, stalker, etc. Many don't reply because they don't know what they're getting into. Posting under your real handle allows us to see if you have a board history, review history, etc. If you're asking for honest help, be honest about who's asking for the help.
