I am looking recommendations for a provider who is experienced performing extended edging sessions who can keep me as close to the brink as possible for up to 60-90 minutes. Bonus points for light BDSM incorporated into the session such as restraints, blindfolds, toys, etc.

Alyx provides that sort of session, and is skilled at the bondage/restraint side as well.   She can be a little difficult to deal with, but probably fits your bill.
