and I got a response that said they were choosing to no longer respond to requests via email, and ask you to call.  So I guess from now on you should just call them.

As Sage mentioned, they aren't answering emails anymore, you need to give them a call.  First time I used them was 6 months ago and got the auto reply email notice back then so it's nothing particularly new for them.
