I have a female friend looking to get into the game and she wants to do an agency first. She is located in the N.W. suburbs of Chicago so she is hoping to find something out that way. She has spoken to a few and is curious about explicit and 5 star companions. Does anyone know anything about these agencies, or decent agencies for her to contact. I don't really use agencies so I'm not super knowledgeable on that frint
She is super open minded with tattoos and piercings. Thanks in advance for any help you guys and gals can give.Rather have her research and do her homework instead of walk blindly into a situation. While agencies have helped many ladies graduate into the game, there are a plethora of books/blogs/articles out there to help escorts.
Regards,
Adrienne Baptiste
I tend to stay away from agency's all together with forums and review sites nowadays there s so many sources of info that one with a little research can put together a reasonable site without much knowledge and also get verified here and on p411 you are good to go
As always be safe
K
Have her check out 2kg.
But she needs to do her own research. There are plenty books and blogs out there to help. Also she can google "candid consulting" for website help and informative videos for a fair price.
Thanks Braelyn!đź’‹đź’‹
It's easy for us to say 'all the info is at your fingertips' but like any job, it takes some time to even know what to look for. This job goes all the way from A to Z on things you "know". I don't think we really realize just how much we know that we've learned over the years.
She might not want to run the business & expense part of this, and to me, that's most of the job. It's a lot of fucking work. lol! It takes some skill & experience honestly, and paying someone a cut to do all of that is worth it. (Expenses take up a huge part of this job - Yuuuuge.) Screening is important, and some booking assistants will teach her.
Why not ask her if she would be ok with a booking assistant? That seems to be the new thing nowadays. There are booking assistants in Chicago and remote who work part time and full time, some who will do all of the groundwork for her, some even provide a facility, and some will teach her the ins and outs of the business. (Mentorship Programs)
I do think a mentor is great in the beginning. They may not do it all right, or in the best way she can, but finding someone like an assistant will help too if she can't find an agency she's comfy with

This! You hit the nail directly on the head. I’ve googled for hours and haven’t come back with much that has been helpful. What key words does one even search for? Given that the industry is generally hush hush about the topic for legal reasons, it makes truly good information more difficult to find unless you know where to look or what it is you’re looking for.
The first response from most seems to be “go independent” and for many or most that might be the right option. This isn’t a decision I have taken lightly and I realize there is a lot of time and work that goes into being successful as an independent. It’s a lot of time that I don’t have if I am being completely honest. I don’t intend for this to be my full time job. I work full time already and can only commit to part time which is why I was seeking out an agency. As you said, paying someone a cut to handle the business and expense side of things is worth it to me.
I had no idea there was something in between independent and agency. I wouldn’t mind having a booking assistant or mentor, and honestly I think that might be a better route. The question is, where does one find such a person?
Bob runs a fine operation and his providers work in the NW suburbs, this agency may be a good fit for your friend.
I am agreeing with the 'Independent' route. She can join several sites that basicly screen for her at a minimal cost.
If she gets positive reviews, I don't see why she would not do well.
My 2 cents!
I don't know about the inner workings of agencies or how they treat their girls, but from the little I do know I can suggest she might check out chicagoelite companions.com
I've passed along all info as well as the pms I've gotten about her. Thank you all very much for your help!
Being independent is hard, hard work. It take a ton of administrative, marketing, and time-management skill, and not everyone has those skillsets. Ads are expensive, and the cost of ads is covered by an agency cut. Some agencies cover incall/hotel costs, some don't. If your friend wants to go the agency route, doing a lot of research is also necessary. Each agency has different percentage cuts, a different culture, and different reputations.
Of course, you can always hire a screener/booker/marketing person, and there are a handful of reputable ones out there that know the business and understand the industry. Some offer marketing services and the like as well. Look for links on the bottoms of websites and don't be afraid to follow twitter accounts to see how these folks market and brand themselves.
Again- this takes a ton of research too. Some bookers/screeners/consultants charge a flat fee while others take commissions.
