A twist on St Patrick's dinner fare
Forgot to celebrate St. Patrick's day with finals, but I somehow ended up making a beef stir fry with carmelized mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers and a spicy cabbage stir fry. I guess I can't ignore the St. Paddy's day spirit!

I've noticed that whenever there's drinking involved and a reason to celebrate, the city comes out in large numbers. Gotta love Chicago! Happy St. Paddy's!
