Class vs. Excitement? They have always been a fine line between the two. Much like being on an boat in the middle of the Lake. I could see the excitement being driven in a convertible on a desolate highway or a dry lake bed.

They have automatic stop, auto parking, etc. But you still get to drive the car. Or is that Mercedes?

To me that actually sounds fantastic! I am always an early adopter though (when I can afford it), and a Tesla will be the next car I buy. I have a jeep now, and will keep that, because I enjoy off roading.
Your visual brings up another question for me though. I wonder how/if that technology might cope with an off road type of situation like a dry lake bed.
