I signed up for room service last year and used it for verification twice last year, I then took a break from the hobby for about a year, so here is the problem...i have contacted 2 providers and about had set up a time, then I send them my info, that is still up to date, only to not hear back from them, am I missing something?

Have you emailed them?  It should be a lifetime registration.....

it's a provider issue not a RS2K issue

A provider not getting back to you has nothing to do with RS2K. RS2K is not an agency and doesn't dictate how providers and agencies conduct business. Welcome to the hobby. You should also mind the providers preferred method of contact. I used to never advertize my email addressed and asked for phone calls only but that never stopped anyone.

Stick to the providers who are actually advertized on RS2K's website, they/we pay for ads on RS2K for a reason and expect a fair return on ad fees. Not answering the phone or email is a personal problem.
