can't understand Why some hobbyist will see ladies with consistent       3-5 performance ratings  then complain about their performance in their reviews  ? ?
Any thoughts  ?

LOL! But this time is gonna be different!!!

What makes a girl so bad that she deserves something lower than a 4. The only time that I feel it is necessary to score like that is if she robbed you or did a bait and switch. Stole from you etc.  

I think some guys are cruel and give those numbers to girls' who just may be new, not have an open menu, may not be particularly attractive, etc. But I think those kind of low numbers are just so personally insulting. And if I were a guy that would, for sure, make me not see the girl. It is sad though, because I have seen it happen to girls that - from what I can see- do not necessarily deserve it. So I can understand why a nice guy may give her a chance.  

 
Usually though, I think it is the rate. I think these types of girls usually have such low rates that one might say, at that price, why not.  

Also- keep in mind- if it is only one low review like that - some people get a personal vendetta against a girl and try to bring her down and ruin her business with reviews. It happened to me once, with a score of 6/6 but it was such a blatant lie that TER took it off. The guy didn't prove he saw me, and never did. And I do know who it is. A 6 is definitely not a 3, but it also doesn't really line up with any of my other current reviews.
