Is this the right board?

Sacramento does not have its own board.  Some have used this board for Sac in the past but also for other cities. No one in Sac would think they are in the Central Valley.  Sacramento is a large enough city that should have its own board but TER does not think so.

Here that TER Sacramento should have its own regional board it's huge area ...
I know I visit am visiting tomorrow
