The reason you hear crickets is for all the reasons that the "whiners" gave. Central Valley is NOT where Sacramento and other Northern California people are going to go to seek community and business. If the powers that be had listened and responded as though they actually wanted our business (as have other sites), we would have happily jumped on board and played here.  

Other sites have given temporary VIP memberships for posting, referring, or reviewing providers. This site rejects legitimate reviews from well-established and recognized handles from the other site simply because they are new here. Someone suggested a small window period to allow providers to get reviewed and establish themselves but this idea was rejected as unfair and against protocols.  

It's been my experience in over 25 years in the corporate arena, that those who are inflexible are more likely to lose new business than those who are willing to work with new clientele. It's truly unfortunate because I agree that TER is better respected than sites that are more geared toward advertising rather than reviewing. However, I did predict this lack of interest and involvement. It's a shame that it's come to pass

We are getting them together online in a social forum but it takes time and in the meantime just sit back.  In 2015 we will be celebrating. I will try to get people over here!
