Do any other ladies here have the same ole check-in blues? It seems it takes them forever most of the time & it's just a little weird since they know my preferences and I just have to get my keys & sign a piece of paper. Its not like theres a convention in town & the phones ringing of the hook with all guests arriving at the same time... IDK Maybe I'm just spoiled but it seems like customer service has disappeared to me, things are a changing
