BP is more of a 'last resort' option. But again, not only deal with only those providers with reviews, check the review carefully. Look for ads in far away cities, totally different numbers, etc., and verify the reviews are for the provider you are considering. I had one refer to a review on here that was not her, it was another provider where only the name was the same.

There's a lot of other things to keep an eye out for as well. So I would also suggest before considering anyone on BP, watch the ads for a while. See which ones are regulars in the area vs. the ones that come and go overnight.
