for me, try to make a balance (positive and negative or yin and yang).
Men are supposed to be yang and women are supposed to be yin.
If so, I need "yin qi" to make a balance between yang qi and yin qi.

It's not a good sign if you have one of them too much. (need to neutralize it from time to time).
