I don't believe he is new, but rather someone who does not review his dates.  
I had a gent who reviewed me and used the acronym "TS"...I actually had to email him and ask what he meant. Answer:"TS" stood for "Tit Sex"...I knew it didn't mean what it is commonly known for...LOL!!
