And how is it determined?  Is it like a Grammy or Oscar are there other categories to choose from.  If there is a rookie of the year, is there a come-back-kid award, maybe for the person who got busted by LE and has stayed out of trouble since the bust.

I can see Bob Costas on stage "And know to the rookie of the year:  This years class was a tough choice we had 4 outstanding newcomers to the area this year.  All 4 of them have been playing in the minor leagues at the local strip clubs so they do have some experience only 1 was able to set herself apart..."

I know its all a marketing thing, I am in marketing, but sometimes these posts just crack me up.
