a number of other reviewers do, and lie about seeing someone.  Either that, or they are blind in at least one eye  
   
 Then of course you could always review someone who has retired.  I've also seen that & even challenged that reviewer, but of course he said he had seen her.  
   
 As you all know, this all just for fun anyways, so fiction isn't a problem, LoL.......
