OK, don't shot me for this. Some folks do have a smoking fetish. I personally find a womam who smokes can very elegant and sexy. In order to find a provider who will accommodate this request I try to do my homework on the reviews. It has been interesting and most providers who do smoke are bit surprised but they will gladly fill the request. I have also seen that the same providors will go to great lengths to not smell like smoke or have bad breath. I think the providers on here are very conscious about their clients desires. By the same token some of the lower level providers do not care to meet the desires of the clients. Bottom line do homework, read reviews and ask questions. Hope this helps....
You didn't say specifically but implied that you were aware that the lady smoked as you said that you "mainly saw non-smokers." Just curious?
But more important is the fact that any overnight experience does not always turn out to be a dream. What if the lady tossed and turned all night, hogged the covers or snored so loudly to keep you awake all night? Would you have the same reaction especially if the lady "decided" to stay overnight which implies no additional charge? Just Curious.
But I am please that you had a Great time during your session despite your discomfort. Sounds like the evening wasn't a complete waste.

Admittedly the ladies that I mainly see are non-smokers, as that is my preference, but recently I had another experience.
She didn't smoke during our long session, but the tell-tell signs were there. Arriving after a drive the smell of smoke, especially in her hair and clothes was prevalent.
We had a great time despite my discomfort, and later the lady decided to remain overnight. In most cases that would be a dream. I showered before bed and offered the same to her, but she declined, saying that she just had her hair done and didn't have a shower cap. Well, I hinted.
Normally, for an all nighter I prefer the spoon position, the closeness to a warm, sexy, beautiful female body. In this care it was impossible.
Just offering this as a thought for the ladies that do smoke. Many of us fell that cleanliness does not come with a layer of tobacco smoke.

All huddled in their fenced off corral in the parking deck, you can't tell what is smoke and what is vapor from their breath in sub-freezing temperatures.
I also think it's funny to watch young associates panick to put out their cigarette as the boss walks by the pen as if they think Mr. Ted has no idea they smoke. Bwahahaha

You can always tell which ones they are walking in. LOL. Have their phones out texting, looking around, texting, one hand in pocket trying to look casual.
Regarding standing around outside. One nice thing about going out for a smoke is you're standing there lighting a cig and one or two others are as well. It's extremely awkward to completely ignore the person(s) standing there, so you have to talk to them. I've had amazing conversations in the smoking pit.
Smoking kills ya', and so does loneliness. Guess we've all got needs lol.

You know, I was just walking today in the cold, and a song came on from my teenage years. (Quit for 12 years for the record, lol). I immediately remembered hanging with a group of friends and smoking in the freezing cold. We had so much fun together back then. So I pulled out a smoke to complete the memories. 
It was bitter sweet lol.

I don't partake in cigarettes...not against them. I do believe smoking can bring folks together...as well as a drink.

I've seen her in the past, but the last time she was trying to quit and there was no sign of the tell-tell signs of smoke. I think the patch or gum took care of her cravings . . . nicotine, that is;o)
During the night she did get up, go out and smoke.
We all have our preferences, and they are all different. I knowingly will not see a smoker, but then again, not everyone is honest;o
