Why are there so few providers with plans to visit Asheville right now?

Why are there so few providers with plans to visit Asheville or the mountains right now? Is it just the slow economy or is it all the snow we had through March this year?

I'm in Johnso City TN a lot ,just 45 min to Asheville.I too love it there,& visit some regulars.Don't always post when going.My next visit will be Middle of May.
