Warning:  Someone hacked into my profile on Tryst and is posing as me in Virginia Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Tampa, and Myrtle Beach.  It is not me. I'm in NYC.

I completely sympathize with you as this happened to me a month or two ago!  :(

My Tryst Account was hacked and within a matter of hours, they had posted me in several locations, changed my contact information, and were asking for some ridiculous deposit, which I can only hope no one fell for and lost money. I took immediate action and contacted Tryst support, but there were several steps involved to verify my identity, re-activate my account, etc. and with the time difference in Australia and this happening over a long weekend, the whole nightmare took several days to resolve, and it definitely cost me some serious business.

The lesson I learned through this mess was to take advantage of the multifactor authentication (MFA) Tryst recommends that makes your account much more secure and the chances of it being hacked very unlikely.  It's easy to set up and provides peace of mind to avoid this kind of bs in the future.  If you have any questions about the steps I took to resolve this with Tryst support or how to set up the MFA on your account, please feel free to message me.  I'm happy to help! :)

Additionally, here is a link to the Tryst Support Page regarding enabling multifactor authentication- https://help.tryst.link/en-gb/26-multifactor-authentication-mfa/133-setting-up-mfa-on-my-account

Several Red Flags went off!
1.  Provider whose account was hijacked NEVER Requires A Deposit!  Previous TER members verified this
2.  She told me I didn’t need a deposit as she trusted me; then on the day of the appt she said I had not confirmed appt with deposit.
3.  On the day of our appt, Incall location mysteriously moved 25 miles away.
4.  For the hell of it I played along and sent a $10 deposit through PayPal….I figured if I am out $10, I am out $10.  PayPal would not accept it….apparently this scammer had been reported previously and PayPal would no longer allow her access to her account!
5. She stated that there was a glitch with PayPal, would I please send via CashApp or Venmo
6.  My response. ADDIOS
