That Sux. But Im a little more paranoid. I always confirm that morning, then 30 mins prior to. If I get no response, then I have a few ladies I have on my "need it now" list that are usually up for short notice dates. I have had a few no-shows, fell off the earth situations etc. Luckily I was able to catch them early and schedule some last minute dates.

There have been several threads where the women have complained, perhaps even gripped about the amount of time is necessary for them to be ready for a date. Well, in a light sense, I'll reverse the tables with this true story:
I've seen the particular lady a couple of times and even know her and her situations quite well. We've kept in touch, but at a distance.
About two weeks before a planned trip that would take me by her apartment, we made contact and exchanged small news. A date was set, and confirmed by several emails.
Having had heart surgery in the past year, I've realized some good and bad points. The good: great blood flow. The bad: medicine. One such medicine to calm me down at night is Lorazepan, and it helps me truly calm down and sleep well. As I discovered with Mature Stephanie, it has other side effects that perhaps mean that Viagra would be needed.
Okay, 5 days before the date I quit taking Lorazepan. I slept well without it. I even walked some strenuous trails to build my stamina. The morning of the date, I arose and showered, giving my entire body an excellent scrubbing, shaving, and thoroughly used mouthwash and toothpaste for oral health. Even my gentlemanly attire was immaculate.
I called to confirm the date and expected arrival about 1 and a half to 1 3/4 hours before my arrival, and all systems were "GO." Excitement was intensifying. Approaching the designated point in Charlotte, I called to confirm my arrival, and went to her voice mail where I left a message. As I hung up, I received a return text message: The date was off! So far, there has been no believable word as to why.
Okay, ladies. It happens to us as well, but if you change your mind . . . A little more advance notice would be helpful.
