This is the same thing the Mod in 2007 went thru with her. Go back to the around Oct 24-27 2007. Then again around Nov 18 2007. You'll find threads that look almost identical to this one.

When I started resding this thread I thought WHERE have I seen this before?

She knows what she's supposed to do, this has been explained to her in great detail before!

I cannot find  detailed instructions on this site EXACTLY how to do that. If its a MUST, specific instructions need to be on here. I see where it tells you to do it. Please publish HOW to do it. In ENGLISH.
