Not that you won't get good advice here, but it has all already been covered there.  Check out the Self Help Center, and scroll through the last few pages of threads.  You can also do a search for any specific questions.  Plus, lots of friendly help from all over.

Please read the below thread from the newbie board.   It is a must read for all newcomers in my opinion and contains some of the best advice you will get.

Newbie as well

I'm relatively new to the hobby as well and also started the process in Vegas with pretty good success due to a lot of research, it really is crucial.  

The one thing I will say though is that if you are trying to contact a top provider here you may have mixed results or delays in setting up an appointment.  Most ladies are very prompt with communication but I've also had no responses to some messages & even a very short notice cancellation recently(I'm hoping that was just a fluke).  I'm guessing there is just a higher demand for the top ladies so their schedules get filled quickly and they can also be more selective of who they see?!?!
