Somebody in Congress is at it again! Never ending!  Maybe lawyers/politicians who enjoy "reading" these free-spirited "dating" sites can read the mumbo jumbo and clear up what this latest attack on boards like this one and those on other "pages" is about.  
O.K. as it is now, the way I read the intro, boards are not liable for what users put on their sites, i.e. nekked pics, "cum C me ads", etc., HOWEVER, it seems that the above Act will make the boards responsible, and create all kinds of legal issues for same, thereby, causing the boards to just say to heck with it and go away. Basically, an attack on free speech, etc., I guess. I found the info on a site that has lots of pages on it)
