Ok everyone, thanks for being patient with me. I promise you a M&G if it kills me to make it happen.

So here are some of my thoughts, and because it's your M&G I want your input. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions, I want them. Plus it will help my two hottie ASSistants as well.

As this is already the beginning of November the chances of successfully pulling off a M&G this month are slim to none. Typically I have never had any luck trying to organize anything in December because of the holidays. So my thought is to run this event into the first week of January. The holidays will be over with and we will all need cheering up and help setting some New Years resolutions. How do you guys and gals feel about that?

In truth, I can not travel for health reasons probably until early December at the soonest, so if a M&G is wanted in December, there is a good chance I may not make it. And as your Moderator I feel compelled to be the wet towel on this event. LOL

Gabby has come up with some awesome ideas, none that I can share but they are awesome and Aubrey tends to think the gathering will be well attended by both guys and girls. So I'm anxious to put this together but not too anxious to rush into it and make a mess of it. Plus security is something that can't be rushed.

So fire away with your thoughts about January and let's see where this goes. One way or another we are going to have this dam M&G for the Carolinas, I promise you.

I think having it after the holidays are out of the way is a good idea. Plus you have to come out here for it!

PS- I still fully expect you to serve me Blue Moons all nite and take advantage of my low tolerance level.

January sounds good.  But don't kill yourself (I know you are being facetious).

Jan would probably get more participation.  Try to avoided past Jan 20 to 30.  There will be a few of us TER members that want to attend that will be out of the county......

That gives us much more time to get an amazing turnout and get everyone screened properly! Glad you are feeling better!

You will never find a date that suits everyone. Just pick one that the organisers think works and go with it. I look forward to it.

This sounds great to me and I look forward to seeing some old friends and making some new ones in Jan. I'll keep on the lookout and please let me know if I can help with logistics.

a little later in January. I'm thinking some folks need a little more time to recoup from all the holiday cheer and the week of Jan 4th may not give everybody enough time to be able to get out for yet another party so close to New Year's Eve. Just a thought. I do think skipping December is a good idea.

PLEASE let's get this finaliazed and promoted by the first of December so those of us who travel can make sure we don't already have another trip planned.

Let's just get this "thang" done!!!

January sounds Great too.  Would be best to look at the Weekends of the 8th or the 15th as these will be before End of Month(W2's due out) and right after the Bowl Games for those of us Football Fans(also Regular season will be over for NFL).  Also Charlotte Bowl game will be done so should be able to find Hotels etc looking for some extra Rooms etc..  
 Also this would work in that will be before the Big Events in LV as they do theirs in February if I remember right(Vid Awards etc.).  And they have a couple of Events posted on the M & G Board too.
