While not pervasive, self written and fake reviews are definitely out there. As noted, overt cut and paste jobs are always a tell tale sign.
Sometimes however, what appears bad may actually be totally innocuous.
To the point, I’ve occasionally noticed hobbyists incorporate unique elements and figures of speech from my own existing review of a provider into their later review for the same provider. In these instances, I postulate that it’s merely a sub-conscious phenomenon where they may have just read my review of the same girl before authoring their own and a particularly vivid descriptor just stuck in their mind.
I don’t take offense to it or doubt the legitimacy of their review. In fact, I may have been guilty of the same thing myself at some point and not even known it.
Maybe this is a common issue, but has anyone ever read through someone's reviews and felt like each review may have been written by the same person, possibly the provider? Sometimes there are little catch phrases and buzz words that seem to carry over from one reviewer to another....a little too frequently to just be coincidental. These reviews generally are all pretty good too. Am I just paranoid that I'm reading a fake review or have others noticed this?
Yes and I could name one right off the bat. I have also noticed some of the reviewers look like they cut and paste and just change small details.
I can only be certain of one thing.....if you read through my reviews they were all written by the same Dude, ME!!!!! The Dude Abides!

You were probably meaning when a Dude,(not The Dude, there can be only one) that'd be you, reads through a ladies reviews.....then the rest of what you wrote.
Now I have said many times when adressing such questions.......we in this little thing of ours(the hobby) are nothing more and nothing less than a cross section of the society we live in.
If dishonest things go on in society, they go on here. All the same problems in society go on in the hobby. We are just naked maybe more than the average dude and dudess!
For me the best way to avoid a less than toe-curling experience is research. Then making decisions on that research.
I might miss out on a gal who is new, but if she is great, I can wait.
To be honest, I got so many gals I need to re-visit because I ABSOLUTELY adore them is long, very long. It is just that in this practical world I changed jobs and where I live and just to be frank, yeah frank, not shifterp, he is way more hung than me so every now and then I pretend he is me! So pretending I am him for a second the hobby piggy bank is not what it used to be! My only hope is that won't last forever and the dinero will be shooting like a geyser one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The other thing for me is I am a creature of habit, when I find something I really like WHOA I stick with it like velcro!!!!!!!!!! When I been hobbying lately I have been enjoying the company of this one gal that when I can, I visit with her. Good reason too, she is GREAT! One reason I got no VIP and 12 unread pm's!!!!!! UGH!
Anyway, till you been around long enough to know who some of the gals are AND the reviewers are, take the safe route and stick with the gals with a decent number of consistent reviews. When you know the reviewers or of them you can see they saw a gal and the review is legit.
Follow that plan and you can expect to hit a lot of home runs.
It is just like, my opinon man. Take it or not, cool with me either way, I earned my list! Just not real sure how important wondering if fake reviews are there matters much cause in reality It happens! Think TER does a good job of trying to police that kind of crap.

I have seen guys steal from mine before. Pisses me off. But I believe a bigger problem is guys writting reviews and not seeing the lady to get 15 days. They read the reviews then write one and think that if they score her good that all is ok. I dont think there is a Lady on this board , that hasnt had fakes, and they get them pulled, I have seen it happen.
Yes there may be some but I ALWAYS look for other reviews by the same person, you just tap the name and they are all there. You can learn alot about the reviewer there.
As far as scores, I hate them with a passion. What the hell is the difference between a 7 and 8 or a 9 and a 10? I have never had a lady ask me to change a score. I have changed them after a future visit though, only because I felt the need. But i know some of my hobby friends say they have been badgered about scores. Those ladies fall on my DNS. I am here to have fun, not go through a bunch of crap.

I do differ with u on the rating system. Not prfect but for me useful. I got wifh a gal a few yearthe s back, maybe physically the best body I have seen in person. Worst performance ever. I almost told her my fantasy was not to show her I was a necro FEEL iiac!!!!
Numbers on performance could help others stay away if they were not into that.
Also I been fortunate as usual that I been seeing a gal gorgeous and passionate off the charts! When I reviewed her the review indicated that. A fella could read that review and know they better eat their wheaties. That is the purpose of the reviews so we can use them to see if we want to schedule sometime with that gal.
Also if the woman reads her reviews to see how they are coming across to the gents.
Anyway just my two cents worth. I got to get going and find out when I can get together with my borgeous passionate off the charts friend!!!

The numbers are subjective. Words like attractive, really hot, model material, and one in a lifetime are different in everyones mind. I only mention those cause I cant imagine going to see a lady that is ok if your drunk. And hot time, went the extra mile, forgot it was a service, one in a lifetime for performance just again is in what the guy feels.
You know the things I find important are , attitdude attitude attitiude. where does that fit in? Performance?? And then just how much of the whole date is the fault of the fella? She wasnt into it as much because of his attitude or hygiene even. So he rated down and someone else that was enjoyable rated higher. Just too subjective
Roadshow there is nothing wrong with friends having differences of opinion and agree to disagee.

The number system arent perfect, but using it in my years in the hobby I can count on one hand how many times I have left an appointment with a lady and regretting my decision.
So the system we got is not perfect...on that my friend we agree. All I am saying working with iy can produce amazing results.

If a girl only has 1 or 2 reviews written by someone that has only reviewed her, red flag!
I tend to look at all her reviews as a whole and not place too much weight on scores, one mans 10 is another's 7. I'm looking for services offered and overall performance/attitude and consistency.
Yes there are reviews that are fake and some reviewers who are full of shit but over time you start to learn what reviews you can trust.
Your right on, you and I have never saw the same lady and mostly because you like them a little younger andI like them a little older. Different strokes my friend. But if you did see a lady that was on my radar, when I looked at your review I would take that into consideration. And I know you would do the same the other way around. It isnt in the numbers, its in the words and the person writting the review. That is were you can make the best decision.
Next you are going to tell me that there are also fake pictures, or pictures so out of date that they look nothing like the person you actually meet ?

I have a problem with getting reviews from people I have never seen in order for them to keep their membership. None of these 'fake reviews' are bad, or excessively good, but it can skewer ratings and things like that.
