Hobbying in Charlotte is risky IMO, especially if you are meeting at hotels. Maybe I'm paranoid, but I decided to  suspend my hobbying routine until after the convention is gone. Now I am realizing that is too long to wait.  I am thinking of getting out of town for a day, but don't know how far out of Charlotte you have to go for it to be normal. Do I have to leave the Carolinas? Do the rest of you in other Carolina cities sense uppityness amongst the lodging industry in your area? Or has the convention/elections not effected you.

take a friend with you.  Better yet, visit a friend you already know.

Agree, going some where new poses just a great of risk as seeing someone new in town. IMO visit one of the ladies on the board whom you know is legit, or revisit with a previous provider.

I like to think a few hours outside of town would be ok, but the posts below make me not so sure.

Stick with a trusted lady that you have seen before and all is well. Keep in mind, it is not illegal to have sex.

I agree with you on that one.  I'm not visiting anybody in Charlotte until the DNC rolls out.  Sticking to G'boro and Raleigh for now.

to worry about - their main effort will be with the potential for terrorism.  I seriously doubt the police will have the time or resources to set up stings with everything else going on during the week.

You should always use caution no matter what but hotels are the best for blending. Crowded is even better. When the hotels are deserted is when I worry. Affairs happen all the time in hotels LOL
