Let's see, where do I start?

I don't see anything in the above TE post that bashed the provider.  On the other hand, I think it's reasonable for an agency to ask that a former associate not attempt to use their name once the association has ended.

As for you not doing anything wrong? WOW! You didn't look into this at all did you? Perhaps you have posted for Victoria and I missed it. If so, I appologize to the board community. When a poster is given unmoderated status it means I shouldn't have to read their posts. If a situation like this comes up in the future and I miss it, anyone should feel free to bring it to my attention.

I asked you nicely to stop utilizing our name in your posts on the other board, as Victoria did not leave on good terms- without any notice or consideration for being employed with our company for over 2 years. Again, stop utilizing our name to build her business for your company. Build it on your own.
if you would like to discuss this privatley feel free to dial me at 954-583-9591.

As I had asked in my last post as well

Allison,

This is the first I have seen of your post... and honestly I do not feel that I am doing anything wrong by helping out Victoria... I am not here to get into a pissing contest over what happened between you and her... but you cannot deny that she did used to work for you right? so what is wrong with stating history?

IMHO I think you are handling this quite poorly... she hasn't stated publicly that there was anything negative about your agency... nor has she stated anything negative about you... so why do you see the need to publicly bash someone who "worked for you for over 2 years" that just wanted to move on?? she obviously was a good employee for atleast 2 years so what is the big deal if she wanted to go somewhere else and work for someone new?? I am sorry if you feel that this is somehow bad for you but I am breaking no rules by posting who she is and how to find her...

PA

PS I even wrote to TER and asked them to take your number off her profile but they haven't done it yet...
