Hey Sweetie, There is an excellent Clinic in Kinston NC of all places the Cummings Clinic, does many augmentations, also a good place is the Duke Aesthetic Surgery Center, it is a private clinic at DUMC. Be very careful who you go to. Ask alot of questions, numbers of cases, risks, malpractice cases. Also please know that implants place in your "today's body" may look different in your body of 10-15 years from now. Also, if you are in your 20's and you may require a second surgery down the road, as nothing lasts forever,no matter who tells you it does. Hope this helps

I have done my research and know some good doctors, but would like to know if there is a plastic surgeon in the area with an itch that needs to be scratched that would like to make a deal.  I am sure that I am not the only provider around who would be willing to make significant deals (plus pay a percentage of the fee, of course) I am also very interested in breast augmentation and would be willing to make a stellar trade +cash deal to the right surgeon.  BC me if you are interested, or throw an offer on the board, I am sure I am not the only one.  In addition to myself I know of at least 8 other girls who are interested in some type of cosmetic procedure, so perhaps if you are not interested in trade we could all get together and you could give us a group discount.  It never hurts to try.
