Downtown Greenville seems to be the most “happening” place. Lots of good places to eat.

If you like trying unusual beers, try the Trappe Door.  Very interesting decor (downstairs - and dark like an old European pub)  - and really great beers, especially Belgian beers.  Sat at the bar a few months ago during hurricane Irma evacuation and tried a bunch of different Belgian sour beers and an order of mussels.  If I lived closer - that place would be my hang-out for sure.

They seemed to have good wines too based on people sitting around me.  Mussels were outstanding.

Are there any gay or swing clubs around.?
