I've reported several problems with the items on certain providers' profiles where the info only states "Don't know".  Why is it that TER doesn't care about updating these profiles so we hobbyists can have more accurate info?  I would think they would want the info to be accurate but this is not the response that I am getting.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Also info that is provided with a review is never used to update a profile.

Did they actually reject your Problem Reports or did they not respond to them? Information submitted in new reviews is not compared to the existing profile. To update a profile, you must submit a Problem Report.

I can say that I too have had problems with this.  I tried my best to correct a providers' profile, requested info. on how to do this, tried it, didn't work, tried again (because EVERYBODY loves this gal).... it just isn't happening.  If I'm not going to see a ,"regular", I put a great deal of faith into: Multi pops, kissing, etc.  Hell, everything changes.  If a provider has been around a while (& the good ones are).... you know the do's & don't items have changed.  I've seen that for myself.  Sometimes I've been very happy & sometimes I've been very sad.

I've tried 3 times.  First one was totally ignored and no response.  Second and third ones had only one item corrected - I had listed multiple items.  I've never gotten a response from any of my problem reports.

but the problem reports will be acknowledged only if they deal  with bad web sites or phone #'s

there are several providers who have the wrong info regarding location (because the first reviewer happened to see them as a visiting provider outside of their normal area)

e.g. there are 2 well-known providers in the Carolinas, one of whom is listed as being in Washington DC, and another in "other"--this should be correctable
