I say this with respect. But just a word of advice - since you have no reviews at all, I would suggest that your screening process should not be too stringent on the gents here.  One NC agency's screening process is just to confirm that a guy is an active member of TER and has reviewed some ladies here. The agency has an account and could PM guys here.   For guys, our screening process (for us to avoid scams) is = numerous TER reviews of the ladies.  At this point, there's no one to vouch for you and no way for us to screen you, so go easy on screening the southern gents here who may offer to give you a nice TER review
