...they don't come off as a cheap shot the way this guy's post did.  Negative reviews that are objective (and truthfull) help the guys, but they can actually benefit the provider if she's willing to take note and adjust.  However, simply throwing a jab like he did in his reply post really fails to help either in my opinion.
