This is an age old conversation that I want to go over some more.  I find myself looking at the GD board and I see comments such as "bottom feeder"  and or "enjoy the low hanging fruit"  At some point during my hobbying I have turned a corner, or have come across an impasse or something, Im not sure, but I have found myself having a blast with BP girls.  The few premier providers I have seen were good, one was actually not good at all, but I would say 98% of the BP girls I have seen I have really enjoyed.  I do have some kind of affinity for........lack of a term "trashier" girls.  I just feel strange BC alot of the hobby community has a bad taste for BP girls, but for some reason I just enjoy having sex with them.......ALOT.  I have found a better connection with alot of the BP girls versus the upper echelon.  Not sure why.  Any thoughts on this?  Not about my tastes but just about the community vs BP as a whole?

it is nothing but another advertising venue. In some areas, it is perhaps the only available advertising venue. I have seen some very highly regarded providers after seeing an ad on BP and recognizing them, I have seen some wonderful gals who are just getting started and others who put up a quick ad to save a slow tour visit.  

That being said, BP can also be a nightmare of B&S, ROBs, pimps, addicts, LEOs and others you're probably best steering clear of. This is true of any advertising venue, I think it is just the odds that change - dramatically.

If you do good homework, use your head and stay alert to things... you can reduce your risk of bad things happening. IMO, no matter what you do, your risks are higher - and maybe that is part of the appeal.

Avoid providers with ads like that.

Everything that has been said on this thread is true. Yes, some of the BP girls may not be perfect. They could be rip offs, drug addicts, LEO, and so on. But every once in a while, you'll come across a Diamond in the rough. I can say that the majority of the girls I've seen on BP were great. Some could use a little more guidance on how providing truly works, but other than that they do well. I'm sure some of the upper echelon providers started out on BP when they started because they didn't have the funds/resources to really promote themselves (I.E. Websites etc..). And there are still some Well reviewed providers who still use BP to post ad's. They mainly do it when they go touring. In the end, BP should be used Responsibly. You see an ad that catches your eye, you screen the number for reviews and go from there.

Yes.  Im paranoid so I check numbers, I tineye all pics and look for consistent numbers, ads etc.  Ill scope an ad for almost 4 weeks, and now and then get lucky and someone else will toftt before me which is a green light after that.  Ive only had one bad experience with a BP provider and it wasnt that bad really.  Just rushed.  Being vigilant and smart to me is the key.  Also theres nothing like making a special friend with that one girl who becomes huge later on.  

Trashy is a bad description, and not what I wanted to say, but it gets the point across.  I wouldnt call any girl Ive been with trashy.  Some of the girls as you said have alot of potential and can be huge in this business.  Every BP girl Ive met Ive talked about the hobby and ask them if they know TER.  Some yes, some no.  I have no problem helping them become better providers if they gave me a good service.  Quid pro quo.

My thoughts, and we all have them, are if you are having a good time and enjoying your time with special people then I would not seek out other's opinion. I honestly believe there is good and bad in every profession, not just this one.

I know I do seek to see the best in other's, yet for me it is a given fact that in any profession we all have to start some where, at least I did. When I first started out, I worked 2 day jobs and then worked part time with 3 different agencies to help make ends meet. I had a driver, which was great because I had someone to talk to. I made less money, yet, I paid the agency 75 and my driver 25 for each stop we made.  

I know this is not directly talking about backpage. I did advertise on there at one time, however, it was true that for me it was a mistake and did not attract  the type of people I wanted to see. The people that called were not necessary nice, and I did receive many rude phone calls about my price and people saying very rude things. This is just my experience from long ago and I would not advertise there at all.  

I do think LE targets them more because from my experience alone, the LE seem to pick on the weak, the poor and the people that can not fight back. Not only on BP, yet in pulling people over etc. I have read many books on how they work. I would think undercover would be doing more fishing there, even though I have been through a few bad experiences myself. One thing I did have going for me was I had no gun, no drugs, and I had paid my taxes. Nuff said.

I realize that someone like the Panera Bread guy and others will probably attack what I have to say, yet, I feel if I have an opinion, then I think I sharing my experience means a bit more then just my opinion. Throw tomatoes at me If you wish.

I do have to say that I have been in the profession long enough to hear that men have been ripped off from independents and agency's. So who am I to judge. In closing, I would have to say, if in doubt do without. Follow your gut, I wish I had of. It is not worth the price. Nuff said..Kelley

O, Yes! I have been ripped off by an equal number(2) of TER and BP girls. Those pretty faces, as the song says, can hide an evil mind! Doesn't matter where you find them, butt, that being said, I do tend to gravitate toward the TER reviewed ones now a days)

Unfortunately, more ladies have decided to get off the streets and get online.  In the long run for them the better/safer choice, but for a client not much so.  BP has turned into a dumpground it almost seems of all types and sorts of working girls.  I prefer to have mid level rates as to filter out the rude/undesirable clientele while also allowing everyday gentleman not to break the bank.  I do not take every single call I receive, as I do not have a habit to feed drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes.  I would say in my own opinion to definitely avoid the ladies who post with all the symbols in the title, $40 specials, with clothes all over the floor in their pics, or who post "I'm the best" or "I'm better than her".  Usually you are setting yourself up for someone who upsells and has a pimp in the room or outside the door.  Check your reviews and know your options.

I see one of the gals you saw has a 15 minute rate! 30 minutes seems what you go for. I can't tell about the $60 gal you reviewed, was that 15 minutes or 30?  How was the connection?

So since you say you don't have the same connection with the upper echelon providers, the ones  in some class of providers you are attaching that distinction to, who in that group have you seen?

I think you just don't want to part with the dollars, which is your choice. Of COURSE you have a better "connection" because you aren't fretting over $$.

There are some ladies who advertise BP that are on this board. Are they not UPPER ECHELON?

Hard to say directly, maybe something to do with the grammar getting a little too crazy. It's just one indicator out of many that you learn to look for
