How can I be confidentially tested?  What are the costs?   What happens if testing reveals I am positive for one of the STDs?  Does the testing agency HAVE to make a report with some state agency with my real name?  What about treatments?  Costs?

Any experiences/advice/contacts would be greatly appreciated.

I assumed you are not VIP or I would of PMed.I have been in hobby for 20 years and play often and have never caught anything, but I always safe.  However, I get tested about every 4 months. I use PPH, planned parent hood.  You can use your name or an alias if you pay cash.  Cost 180 for a complete screening. They can treat you on site if necessary.

Usually your copay covers this. If you don't have insurance, then it will probably cost you $200.00.  However there are free clinics out there if you can't afford this.

Frequent testing is done to insure that YOU do not cause harm to these lil ladies who make  our world bright with sunshine) Any intimacy is not risk free for either party and both parties should understand this and take this step to at least try to add this level of safety to the covers/raincoats already in use(they do fail/slip off at times). Read up on these sneaky diseases, i.e., you don't know you got em! They may cause no symptoms(see stats of % in men/women), but still do you/and those you share yourself with harm( Can't speak for others, but as for me, I will test myself frequently and look for signs/symptoms between testing to cause me to do it again between times. Just my preference, YMMV.

Yes,every four months.  You can have no symptoms and not even no you have something.  To be in the hobby and never get tested is not too smart...

To think you have a higher chance of catching something in the hobby is ridiculous.

Providers are 10 times more safe then a girl you pick up at a bar...we know the risks...we know the safety precautions.

So if you think being with a provider is "unsafe"...get another hobby.

AJ, I totally agree with you when seeing professional high end ladies like you.  But you have to agree, there are a lot of ladies out there that do a lot of unsafe things that are not immediately obvious.  I would rather be safe then sorry, especially since I play so often....
