Tough one...an uphill battle.  Few petites in Charlotte that I'd recommend who do BBBJ, but I don't know of many who will do CIM.  

Try Crystal.  She may do it for extra.

Malin is visiting the next two days.  A hottie, but don't know about CIM

Wish I could be more helpful.
