Does anyone know what's going on with NC Elites? You can only get on their website if you are a member. When I inquired about it they sent this reply:

"Outed?"  To LE, or family, you think?  Doesn't matter, either has to be traumatic to the girls( Do we have a Judas in our midst?  Know that that lady in Shelby has been ruined by whoever outed her---heard that can't make car, house payments, and business is failing(---some hater there has to be proud of themselves for destroying her life, you think??

From what I heard it was a rival agency who sent one of their clients over to collect information.  Don't know how they were outed or by what agency but that was what I was told.

You would think/hope that whoever would do such a thing will get their just due and be flushed out from under whatever rock they reside!

Rather than in an agency.  I have a good idea of which one it is too.  Agency owner gets mad another agency owner took one of his/her providers so agency owner seeks retaliation by outting two of the the most popular providers from the other agency causing them to quit and the agency owner loses revenue and status.  I know it sometimes happens in the independent world but I would make less enemies than an agency would.

Arielle was is awesome girl, super sweet.  Anyone that would seek to hurt her is an ass.  Really hope that they are doing well and will come back soon.  Would love to know who did outed them.

Interesting, I guess once a story gets started..it can change a thousand times. I heard that big cheese over there made the girls act a certain way and if they didn't, they would be outed. Who knows? People talk, lies begin so who knows what to believe. Hey Brianna, weren't you part of that outfit at one time?

I wasn't officially part of the agency, the owner did my booking and screening.  I just posted what I heard from the man himself.  I don't know what really happened, I'm not sure why I was even given the information.

Well.

Girls that work for an agency do so because they do not want the bur don of answering the phone, screening, and constantly working around schedules. They typically make more money since someone is constantly booking for them while they are occupied. They never have to leave a room with family because the phone rings, or around friends, or simply ignore missed "opportunities"

Most girls that stay independent do not do so over money. They do it so they do not have anyone to answer too when a client is ticked off, late for an appointment, not follow a schedule, etc... This is why guys that use agencies typically only use agencies. The level of service is beyond most independents. There are exceptions though. Breanna and many others in the area are exceptions to the rule.

Ex. We used to contact independents from various websites. Most would say "no thanks", and then I find out later on they were ripping people off. Now I see why they wouldn't even consider working for an agency.

NC Elites has not and will never "Steal" a provider from another agency. If a provider seeks employment from another agency and they are up to par with our standards, why would we not hire them?

Employees from McDonald's quit and work for Wendy's all the time. That's why it's important to treat your staff the best possible way you can.


No one from NC Elites has ever threatened or would consider outing a provider from this Agency. To say so, is beyond critical.

Arielle and Mikala were not just providers for NC Elite Models - they were my friends. We went to dinner, hung out, partied with my "Real Life" friends and Arielle would frequently call me her "big brother". I know Mikala's son and have treated him as my own. So if you think for one minute I'm not completely ticked off over this matter or letting it go - your mistaken. It's not the financial side of things anymore.

The person that did this to them will pay the price eventually.

Hopefully things work out. I have been wanting to see Mikala but never got the opportunity as my schedule just didn't work out.
On a different note, admitting that you openly mixed business and pleasure probably wasn't the best thing. Kinda sours my taste to even consider in the future. "hang out and party in your real life" is typically not something you do to with employees to establish a solid working relationship. Plus it could suggest that when you "hang out and party"  you may be "boozing and Using" (pop culture semantics) Which in itself doesn't look good. It might work for you, but in the grande scheme of things..it never works. Just my .02   Use care when issuing a statement, it could mean the difference of business or no business.  (an extra .02)

Are you implying that "most girls" go independent either to rip people off or because they are lazy?  You must be thinking about BP girls then.  Many women go independent simply because they want to control their own business.  Some women go independent because they don't want to be in a list of names.  Other women go independent because an agency owner/booker shows favoritism towards some providers which causes other providers to have less appointments.  Yes, some women go independent for the money.  For me it is a little of everything listed above.  My business has increased since I've gone independent because I can control my own advertising.  I never implied a provider was stolen from an agency by the way.   No threatening texts please.

Forgot to mention, Thanks for the 0.02! Especially coming from a guy that just said he "heard" I forced ladies to act a certain way or they were outed, and never met one of them. Clients that have met them, know your statements are far from the truth.

As far as business goes - still busy as ever. Hiring new ladies as we speak. Photo shoots scheduled, and our current client base will be happier then ever.
