Providers in the 19-21 age range are YMMV mostly in my experience.
The don't normally like DFK and sometimes don't like DATY. They will however do a CBJ and FS. But if you repeat with them, I think they'll become more flexible.

I had one who said if I repeat, she'll let me do DATY and possibly LFK, since she didn't offer that on our first meet. Well, good business sense for her if its true.
the more mature ladies, I also tend to like a little variety, so the occaional junior-mint is sometimes a nice change of pace. It's been about a 50/50 average for me. I've been with a couple of young ladies who just didn't do it for me, and I've been with a couple that were just off the charts.
Young providers that offer additional services on repeat visits are a rip off. They just want additional $$. What if she promises additional services on the 2nd (or 3rd visit)and does not deliver ? Guess what ? You just became a victim of a rip off. A lady in her 40s obviously has time on her side. What I mean by that is she has had time and the experiences in her life to bring a more well rounded experience to an arrangement. Not anything in life is all black and white theres lots of gray as well so theres no standard to what to expect. I just know that since these days I prefer to see only Gentlemen over 40 and prefer they be in their late 40s and 50s usually. I find its more in the age group of which I would date. I think they are more comfortable in their own skin and in an intimate situstion there is a difference. Can't be any different with women. So if I wanted to see Gentlemen in their 20s or so, which I don't...but I wouldn't have the same expectations for them. I would expect a very different balance between the two.
