On how to know if a provider is legit, when she doesnt have any reviews but posts all the time????

that you really don't know until you see her, or until somebody writes her first review. Every lady started out with no reviews, just as we all started out with no references. She could be fairly new, and just waiting for that first review. If you read the newbies board, you'll also find that they seem to be a lot more patient about the whole waiting game than we are. Chances are that if she is a regular poster, and she's getting responses to her posts, she's probably okay.
