Hello everybody...... BEWARE of LE in Greensboro & Winston Salem!
I was called late Wednesday night from a local agency that I know pretty well saying that Greensboro LE busted one of their ladies Wednesday night. "SUPPOSLEY" it was a local guy with a local cell phone number who had provider references(OUT OF STATE). The agency called and checked a reference with a women saying her name was CAMIE and that she is from Pittsburgh. She gave the agency a good reference so they booked the appointment(IN-CALL). After the lady was busted, it was told that the provider reference was a local female officer on the phone with a track phone with long distance number! NO charges was brought against the provider with this agency due to the LE wanting her to help with other bust and investigations!
The local agency did provide me with names and numbers used so we could keep our eyes and ears open. If you are a provider and you are wanting this info please call or email me and I will tell you or refer you to the company that got in trouble. They will or I will happily give it to you.
Please keep in mind that they might switch up names and numbers, be careful people!
AS far as Winston Salem, I was told that they are cracking down and have new ideas on busting ladies offering out calls to their area. I don't know anything more on this matter, but if you know more... please share!
Also, has anyone heard anything about the 4 ladies busted with another local agency 1-2 weeks ago? I haven't, but just caught wind yesterday from some clients. Any info?????
Just wondering if Sheer Elegance(sp?) and Now or Later might have any info on the 4 ladies, also what tricks on out calls are being worked that you alluded to in your post? Also, who was the compromised lady being offered a "deal"? Tks for any info.

Because all the issues with LE and with the more and more we hear about problematic clients, I am tightening down on the reference checks I do. If she isn't someone I know, and I know most of you, or a friend of someone I know, I will not use her reference. I have heard about the issues with ppl being able to fake work stuff now also, so I have been turning down first timers also. I have a career to think about and I want to make it home safely each night.
Just a thought..... They have used people that are known in the area to make other bust. Just because you know them don't mean you can trust them. Like my husband says " Believe nothing you hear and only 1/2 of what you see". I have been here 10 yrs. and there are 1-2 people(Independents) still operating locally that had been busted and told on others. Why are they still around? Their charges wasn't enough to close them or give them jail time, but they still talked. There are a few agencies still around that have been operated by people that were busted and closed. Now these people have opened with new company names and new fake phone names, new ladies. What since does it make for them to plead guilty and close, then reopen again. It's just a matter time before it happens again.
