As an experienced TER Provider who has toured many cities and has posted ads on several TER Buzz Boards, why not post an ad on the Carolinas Buzz Board with the word Raleigh and the dates of your visit? If you wish to tour the city highlights during your downtime or visit fancy restaurants, check the TripAdvisor App for tourist reviews and suggestions. Good luck.

Walk around town. See the sights. Explore. Google is your friend. Search. 👀

Hi Veronica,

I have never been to Raleigh before either. I love to get out and go hiking whenever possible. I found some good hiking trails online. There are a bunch of them in Raleigh. It's good for my body and mind to get out and get moving. Even a short walk to get some fresh air is good. If you decided to go hiking, be sure to pack some bug spray! LOL!  🦟

Here are just a few hiking spots I found...
Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve
Sal's Branch Trailhead
Swift Creek Bluffs Nature Preserve
Lake Crabtree County Park
Company Mill Trailhead
Old Reedy Creek Road Trailhead

My ad is on the buzz board. This is just a reply to Veronica's post.

Happy Friday everyone! 😍

Apex and Cary both have excellent hiking trails we use them all the time. While in the area check out Jordan Lake and Shearon Harris Lake. Both places have several excellent Hiking Trails.

Excellent! I will check them out. Thank you. I am hoping to get in at least one good hike while I am there. Maybe two.

I am bringing my CamelBak and Trekkers with me. I usually fill my CamelBak with ice water. It holds a good bit of water and putting ice in it keeps my back nice and cool on a hot day.
