Do you prefer natural breasts over implants? Does it even matter?

Ladies:

For the ladies that have impants. Has it affected your business in one way or the other?

Do repeat clients still repeat after the enhancements?

are that there are two of them, that they are each on the correct side, and that I'm allowed to touch them. If a lady can meet these simple requests, I'm a pretty happy guy. Real ones, fake ones, big ones, little ones, I love 'em all.

Very strong preference for natural, regardless of size.

Ladies do not butcher yourself.

I find breast implants do look nice when clothed but when the clothes come off significantly less so.

All natural breasts are the way to go!

Nothing is more sexier than a lady that is 100% all natural.

The more I read, the more I realize what an excellent plastic surgeon I have! I have yet to meet a man (client OR civvie) who's not surprised that my implanted titties are NOT hard and do NOT look or feel "fake". I have seen very few women and even young girls who have nice breasts...not for very long anyway.

Unless she tells you or you see the scars. So actually no man knows just how many implants he has mistaken for 'all natural'. It never ceases to amaze me just how little men know about women (:
