Question about wearing short shorts

You must look great in them with your figure.

Do you wear the short short (or any sexy clothing) to make men notice or to show other women that you are hotter than they are?  I've stated the question poorly, but I've heard that women dress for other women, not for men.  True?

It's time for the winter season to leave the Carolinas!  Spring needs to get here soon so the sundresses can come out.  Warmer weather sure brings out the best, in some.  :)
