I've been looking at a provider or two who does screening, but the ones I looked at require references of two other providers. That's where I have the tough part.

I know I am..and a few ladies in Charlotte as well.. Just look at websites and most will say if they will do employment screening.

Search TER reviews, there are tons of providers who dont require screening. PM me if you want for a few options. welcome to the board

Compared to the consensus on TER's general boards, escorts in the Carolinas are a lot less insistent on screening. On my first few sessions as a newbie last year, nobody asked for references, yet that wasn't why I chose them. By the time I was asked for the first time, I had several numbers on file to give out. I'm not saying this is good or bad, although it certainly makes it easier to get started than in the big cities.
