If you are asking Club Tours in NC.  Have seen a Club in Winston Salem called Platinum Diamonds that has had P Stars and Dancers as well as Men's Club in Raleigh.  Also, a Club in Hickory called Thee Playhouse that has Acts come in from time to time.
 Don't know in SC but seems Myrtle Beach and Columbia seem to be some areas as well as Greeneville/Spartanburg.
