We have nurtured a culture where violence is allowed against each other, for example “stand your ground” is one of those. How can expect a so called society to shoot someone and not being punished. May be an extreme example but it is food for thought.
There is no such thing as selective non-violence and selective peace when it is convenient and beneficial for oneself. Our society is a violent society and it is becoming more and more.
I feel sorry for her and the anyone resorting to violence for any reason is a criminal in my book. No excuse.
